Nowadays many people choose laptops instead of desktop computers. Why? Let's talk about it.
What are laptop's advantages?
1) Mobility. You can take your laptop anywhere you want and use it at McDonalds, at work or even on a beach. It's really very good and it allows people to use their time much more effectively.
2) Ergonomics. You can put your laptop on any surface you want and move it anywhere. It allows you to work even staying or laying on your bed. Desktops are much less transferable. When you put your PC on a table, you will be attached to this table only. You have to sit on the same place all the time and it may be not very comfortable and sometimes even dangerous for your health.
3. Little noisiness and power consumption. Notebooks are really much less noisy than their PC-brothers. If you've ever heard PC's noise, you know how bad it is sometimes. Laptops also consume only 35-50 Watts comparing to PC's 100-300 Watts. If electricity in your house costs a lot, it's a very good advantage.

i prefer desktop.
i use desktop most of the time, both home and office.

I'm about to replace my outdated desktop computer and I'm not sure if I should replace it with a new PC or a new laptop. The laptop I checked has more RAM and GB than the PC but I want to know which has better overall performance and convenience.

i prefer laptop and you can carry laptop anywhere you want. Tablet comes in decent prize as compare to desktop and of course light in weight. So, for me tablet is better than desktop.

Hi agree with you today time is so fast and we don't have time for anything if we take laptops we can work easily anywhere. that's y i prefer for laptops.I Have good collection of laptops. if any to buy laptops you can purchase from these companies.

I agree with you. Laptop is very preferable for me because it will be taken any where you want. this is it's important advantage.

You can carry laptop any where where ever you want but not in case of desktop.Laptop is easy to carry and very light weight.

In my opinion, laptops are better than desktops because they're portable and convenient, but if you don't need a portable computer, then a desktop computer is for you and Labtops are good if you travel and are light weight..
